In addition to these rates, there is a compulsory tourist tax of 2,30 € (for the villa) per adult and per day

A deposit of 3,000 € will be required in the form of a check not cashed.

Arrival time for the villa: from 4p.m - Departure time: until 11a.m.

The cleaning fee is 240€, to be paid on site in cash or by check.
